Since 1994, Pétrelle is a restaurant in the middle of the 9th district of Paris. His chef ? Jean-Luc André, passionated for a seasons following way of cooking. “I promised myself never to come back”, that’s what he says. However. Back we are in the Ardèche, the region of his roots.

This short documentary, shooted with a 5DMII and a Phantom IV drone, makes us discover the “primary” and “mystic” youth of a french cuisine  vocation.
